The other weekend there was a graffiti jam, apparently organised by amuck37 (I don’t have insta, so I’ve been walled off), with dozens of other Australian artists to repaint most of the Woden Drains, which is about five hundred metres of concrete walls I managed to take some snaps while they were working and get the results.

I did drop by later in the week, expecting someone to have tagged a bunch of the pieces, and found the whole wall almost untouched. During the event, someone had depicted a certain reviled prime minister of a certain genocidal nation, as a nude devil. On following Thursday the figure was painted over in broad beige squares. By Saturday, the beige square was replace with a devil Felix the cat.
Also all the work I took photos of over my birthday, has pretty much completely wiped. I’m glad I got it when I did.
