Time for some food porn from this morning, care of the people of A Bite to Eat in the southern part of the capital. Mine was the pancake. It was the strangest and most unique breakfast I had in a while. It was a pancake cooked in a ceramic dish, and it tasted and possessed the texture of bread and butter pudding. And it came with burnt fig ice cream.
The other two dishes were a serving of cornbread with baked beans and a quinoa porridge, which also looked really tasty.
