So today, I took advantage of the recently purchased Megalo membership and learn to do some screen printing.
So basically, I turned this set of hieroglyphs that I drew while I was at work and turned it into this:
Pretty neat. I’ll probably give these out to some friends, whoever wants them.
The whole screen printing process is fairly straightforward, using some photosensitive emulsion and a bed of UV lights to transfix the image you want to make on the silk screen.
A bit of a wash down with a hose, making sure the screen is how you want it and then you’re ready to push some ink. Megalo have the supplies on hand so you don’t have to go hunting, and the staff are pretty cool to look over your shoulder to make sure you’re on the right track.
So now I need to gather more images for more screen printing.
