Here are a few photos of my day and a bit in Amsterdam before continuing my journey north.  Amsterdam is filled with cyclists as most of the city and surround towns sit on dead flat flood plain.  It’s an old place of business that continues to be busy day in and day out.  I checked out the Rijksmuseum, a massive building devoted to the history of the Netherlands through its art. Afterwards, it was a ride out to the old shipbuilding yards, NDSM, for some beers and food in amongst these industrial ruins.
